NJ/NY tri-state area multi-lined metric motorcycle and powersports dealership is accepting applications for Sales Manager. Ideal candidates have past sales management experience, ideally with 5-15 years, and you must be able to deliver top notch customer service, be able to work in a high-tempo dealership and can successfully manage a large sales team.
If you are a seasoned Sales Manager, always excited to sell fun, work well with customers and always be able to positively motivate and educate your sales staff, you’d be a good candidate for our team! If you are also interested in the potential to join a successful dealership with an established Sales and F&I team, this is the perfect opportunity.
Sales Manager compensation ($80K – $150K) is based on candidate’s experience (sales and industry), track record of success, certifications, etc., with a base salary plus commission.
