Motorcycle and powersports dealership is accepting applications for Service Manager. Ideal candidates have past service management, ideally with service technician experience. Candidates must have 5+ years experience and have the multi-tasking skills to manage, train, motivate and educate a staff of 8+ technicians and service advisors.
Candidates must excel in customer service, critical thinking, have a great ability to work with technicians and have a solution based mentality to get things completed quickly and effectively; always making sure of customer satisfaction.
Compensation is negotiable based on experience and ability and health insurance, monthly incentives, employee benefits / discounts and 401K are available.
