Motorcycle Mall is a third generation family owned and operated motorcycle and powersports dealership that has been in business for over 45 years. The Service Department is looking for candidates to fill a warranty administrator position who ideally has prior dealership and warranty experience.

The role would be inside the Service Department working along side the team in ensuring that we are filing and processing claims with our multiple motorcycle and powersports manufacturers.

The Service & Warranty Admin will prepare, submit, review, check-on all of the warranties for the Service Dept. In addition, they will also assist with the Service customers, picking up phones, booking appointments, etc.

Service & Warranty Admin Responsibilities:

Process warranty claims
Accurately code and submit factory warranty, extended warranty, and maintenance plan claims in applicable systems to various manufacturers, warranty companies, and vendors.
Review each warranty repair order for proper completion and accuracy according to policies and procedures.
Follow-up on all claims to ensure timely payment
Assist in the administration of warranty parts such as recording required dates, pictures, and disposal.
Ensure approved claims have parts in stock or are ordered
Verify criteria required by manufacturer, correct all errors when necessary
Keep a good working relationship with our Service reps and manufacturers
Follow up with the manufacturers regarding not approved, denied, unpaid claims, etc.
File Repair Orders
Close out Repair Orders
Work with the Service System to ensure all of our customers are being communicated with
Answer service call phone calls
Book service appointments
Proactively call / text / communicate to customers
