This candidate loves a working on a variety of brands, works well in a fast pace dealership, handles the pressure of the spring and summer craziness and can consistently bill hours on a weekly basis.
If you’re an experienced flat rate technician, have motorcycle and powersports certifications and the right experience to bill between 40 – 80 hours per week flat rate, you’ll have the potential to be very successful and make a lot of money! Technicians with the right stuff can make well over $100,000 each and every year.
