Motorcycle Mall is the tri-state area’s premier motorcycle and powersports dealership. The dealership is set for another record breaking season and is looking for a high energy sales professional with a positive attitude, exceptional phone skills and knowledge of the motorcycle and powersports industry.

BDC candidates must be self-driven, great multi-tasker, honest, results-oriented, with a positive outlook and an idea and game plan of providing exceptional customer service! We are looking for candidates with experience (either with motorcycles or automotive BDC experience) and past success in answering customers’ questions and scheduling appointments via the telephone and email.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle the majority of incoming internet leads
Set appointments
Mange the appointments
Handle incoming phone call leads
Handle and manage your CRM
Follow up with internet leads and incoming phone calls
Ensure any leads that day are contacted the same day

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

1+ years of sales experience, available to work weekends
1-3 years of BDC experience (either with motorcycle or automotive)
Strong appointment setting and objection handling skills
Customer service background with phone and computer experience
Strong work ethic and willing to give 110% until the job is complete and done right
Professional demeanor and appearance
