NOW HIRING! – We are a rapidly growing, family owned, e-commerce focused company seeking a 1st Shift Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team at our newly renovated facility in Archbold, OH. In this role, your primary task will be insuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained through timely and accurate communications regarding order status, product fitment, returns processing, and expediting opportunities. The ideal candidate will have previous work experience in the powersports industry and/or a strong interest in motorcycling. Additionally, a strong willingness to learn technical product specifications and features is required.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via numerous channels (email, telephone, live chat, etc.)
Order entry and cancellations
Address corrections and modifications
Returns processing
Credit card fraud checks
Freight quoting for customers
Expedite orders when needed by communicating with warehouse employees
Investigate and file lost/damaged claims with freight carriers
Assist with setting up reseller accounts
Provide technical product information to customers regarding fitment and features
Work with engineering to troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document answers to questions for future reference and training
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving product line

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Well organized
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Accurate and attentive to detail
Positive and professional demeanor
Cooperative and willing to assist others in a team environment
High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Previous experience using a virtual help desk software preferred but not required
