Great Opportunity for an Experienced Service Advisor
St. Paul H-D is known for the best service in the Twin Cities Metro Area so we are very busy year-round. We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who can help drive our high volume service department to the next level. We offer a base wage plus commission, paid on both service and parts sold, and bonus incentives for hitting sales targets. We require excellent communication and coaching skills, strong prioritization and organization skills, advanced knowledge of Harley-Davidson parts and accessories, motorcycle repair, and 3+ years’ experience. Working hours are split into overlapping 8-9 hour shifts to cover our operating hours of 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
