Job Overview:

SSR Motorsports is seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations in the Midwest and Northeast regions respectively, one each. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the powersports industry, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

 

Responsibilities:

Territory Management:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Midwest and Northeast regions respectively to achieve sales targets.
Identify and prioritize key dealerships and partners for business development.

Dealer Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealerships while actively seeking new partnerships.
Provide ongoing support and training to dealers to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.

Sales Growth:

Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Product Knowledge:

Possess in-depth knowledge of SSR Motorsports and QJMotor products, features, and benefits.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for dealers and their staff.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance sales effectiveness.

 

 

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales management within the powersports or motorsports industry.
Strong understanding of dealer network management and distributor relations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
