Salary Range: $15 to $45 per hour

South Bay Powersports is currently looking to expand its service department by adding a skilled and detailed technician.
SBPS is looking for:
Positive attitude, strong work ethic and is a team player
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, & PWC
Self starter with a high attention to detail
Able to think outside of the box and has the flexibility to switch gears on the fly
Excellent communication and organization skills are a must
Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and manage time well
Key Responsibilities
Daily maintenance and service on customer vehicles
Competent in diagnosing and repairing all types of street and dirt vehicles as well as watercraft.
Uphold customer service standards and quality standards in every project
Must have own tools
Maintain a clean work area
Proficiency with mechanical tools (including lifts, power tools etc.)
Occasionally lift and/or move things 50 pounds or more.
Ability to balance and push a 500+ pound motorcycle.
Requirements
High School degree or equivalent (required)
College degree or trade school graduate (preferred but NOT required)
Ability to ride a motorcycle with proficiency, follow company riding policies and have valid motorcycle driving license
Must be punctual and professional
From time to time work weekends and evenings
Must be able to legally work in the USA, this position is located in Torrance, CA

Salary is starting at $15 – $45 per hour and based on experience.
