Your Responsibilities:

– Exceeding Targets: Your primary goal is to consistently surpass monthly sales targets.

– Compelling Proposals: Craft and deliver compelling sales proposals to prospective accounts, showcasing our offerings.

– Client Empowerment: Understand client needs inside out and provide unwavering support and solutions.

– Lead Qualification: Qualify leads from various sources, including digital campaigns, conferences, references, and tradeshows.

– Seasonal Presentations: Present and deliver seasonal product information to potential clients.

– Marketing Synergy: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maintain a marketing assets calendar for our valued dealers.

– Client Engagement: Address potential client queries and follow up with thoughtful responses.

– Seasonal Sales Initiatives: Develop and implement seasonal sales programs tailored to domestic dealers.

– Performance Tracking: Keep a vigilant eye on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

– Building Partnerships: Forge strong dealer partnerships and utilize external representatives to close sales in their respective territories.

– Comprehensive Support: Manage all aspects of U.S. dealer support, including order entry, open order reports, phone inquiries, warranties, return authorizations, and credit memos.

– On-the-Go: Be ready to travel with our outside sales reps as needed (up to 30% of the time).

– Educational Background: High school degree or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field being preferred.

– Resilience: The tenacity to handle rejection while maintaining a positive outlook when reaching the next potential client.

– Sales Savvy: Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close.

– Team Player: Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.

– Prior Sales Experience: Previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales, or related sales roles is advantageous.

– Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Powersports industry and motorcycles is a significant advantage.

– Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience, are preferred.

– Mobility: Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license and be willing to travel and assist with off-site events.

– Physical Stamina: The ability to lift heavy boxes and work outdoors when required.
