  • Be the After Sales front-line support link for dealers, as part of a motivated customer service team
  • Diagnose and isolate the cause of technical issues, answer warranty and parts questions and provide support
  • Support all technical and product related issues and inquiries while always keeping the consumers best interest in mind
  • Provide on-going technical and warranty support to internal departments
  • Deliver theoretical and practical training to dealership technicians
  • You will have to solve customer issues, sometimes without seeing the actual problem firsthand. Being able to problem solve with a customer will help your job.
  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions


  • Technician degree or equivalent qualification
  • Powersport experience is an asset
  • Computer skilled with Web applications, Microsoft Office applications but also SAP and dealer management systems
  • Passion for serving our customers and our dealers
  • Excellent communicator that can adapt easily to different circumstances, individuals, and situations
  • Demonstrates ingenuity for providing solutions with the ability to make decisions requiring creativity and initiative
  • Irreproachable work ethic
  • Good team player
