Salary Range: Base Salary 65,000-90,000 plus Commission and Bonus

Segway Powersports is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Business Manager to lead our sales efforts .

Candidate MUST LIVE IN following region:

Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky ,West Virginia , or Michigan

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing dealer relationships, and ensuring the successful market penetration of Segway Powersports products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Powersports sales, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to inspire and collaborate with a high-performing sales team.



1. Sales Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

2. Market Expansion:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region to expand market share.
  • Evaluate market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

3. Dealer Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and seek opportunities to expand the dealer network.
  • Provide support and training to dealers to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.

4. Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.

5. Customer Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement customer engagement initiatives, promotions, and events.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

6. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about Segway Powersports products, features, and benefits.
  • Conduct regular training sessions with dealers to ensure a deep understanding of the product portfolio.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in Powersports sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and sales management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region.
  • Candidate should be centrally located in the region.

Working Conditions

  • Remote/home-office work environment, with travel
  • Travel required up to 80% for meetings, region travel or customer events
  • Some travel to remote locations and corporate functions may be required
  • Reports to VP of Sales and Marketing
