PARTS DEPARTMENT – MANAGER

Roseville Honda Motorsports is the largest Honda Powerhouse Dealership in Northern California and one of the top Honda motorcycle sales volume dealerships in the nation! Our 20,000 square-foot dealership features an expansive showroom featuring virtually every Honda model available, a top-of-the-line Honda certified service center and a fully-stocked parts, aparrel and accessories department.

Roseville Honda Motorsports has an outstanding career opportunity for a highly motivated team player as our Parts Manager. This person must be able to balance the demands of employees, suppliers, customers, owners and community. They must provide training and manage conflicts, while showing good judgment, empathy and a fiduciary responsibility.

Responsibilities: 
– Manage daily direction for employees including managers and supervisors.
– Enhance leadership strength through development of all personnel in leadership roles.
– Interface with staff and customers.
– Actively promote an environment and culture focused on customer service, and teamwork.
– Manage financial report reviews.
– Ensure proper training for all personnel.
– Lead continuous improvement efforts that support annual goals for service and cost control.

Qualifications:
– Management experience
– Must have exceptional communication skills
– Be an excellent coach and mentor, capable of developing a management team for motivating an hourly workforce
– Strong presentation and analytical skills are essential
