Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled flat-rate Motorcycle and Scooter Mechanic to join our team and contribute to our growing success. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing motorcycles and scooters, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify issues with motorcycles and scooters.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire changes, and valve adjustments.
  • Repair and replace faulty components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and complete repair jobs efficiently.
  • Keep detailed records of all services and repairs performed.
  • Test ride motorcycles and scooters to ensure proper functionality after repairs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in motorcycle and scooter mechanics.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with the service manager to address the customer concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a motorcycle and scooter mechanic.
  • Technical knowledge of various motorcycle and scooter makes and models.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in repair work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Certification from a recognized motorcycle or automotive training program is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
