Central Texas Harley-Davidson is hiring for a full time Technician position!
Job Description:
Repair, customize, maintain, or overhaul both customer and dealer owned motor vehicles, serve as a mentor for less experienced technicians, and model superior customer service behavior for all interactions with customers and employees.
Qualifications and Requirements
Maintain a clear driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement and an acceptable driving record and may be able to test drive customer units required
Completion of a factory authorized training program such as MMI Service School or equivalent work experience required
Must be able to pass a drug screening
Bilingual preferred
Physical Demands
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud
Requires the use of both hands
Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and handle tools
Frequently requires the ability to lift 25 pounds of material or more
Frequently requires the ability to balance and push up to a(n) 800 lb. unit
