Job Expectations

As a Major Unit Salesperson, you’ll assist our customers with an excellent purchasing experience of their dream motorcycle, follow up with customers to touch base and make sure they’re still loving their purchase, model superior customer service behavior by maintaining positive relationships with customers, staff, and general manager, attend training sessions to keep current with sales techniques and sales department issues to continue mastering your sales skills, stay current on motorcycle trends and selling features, work with the Sales Manager on your sales quotas, cross sell additional parts, accessories, F&I products, warranties, service contracts, etc., assist with pre-delivery inspections, and help maintain our awesome relationships with our customers!

Motorcycle Sales Representative Requirements:

Proven sales experience preferred: auto sales/outside sales preferred, service industry, retail, and other sales experience certainly considered.
Class M endorsement preferred
Must be able to work effectively with all areas of the dealership to maximize the buying experience for the customer.
Basic Computer skills for light data entry
Must be able to pass a drug screening
