Salary Range: $36K - $56K / Commission Based
RideNow Powersports is looking for highly motivated Service Writer to enter the exciting world of Powersports! RideNow is the nation’s largest purveyor of good times! We carry a huge selection of UTVs, ATVs, Motorcycles, Personal Watercraft, and more. We are a team of riding enthusiasts that are passionate about our customers and the services we provide.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist service manager in maintaining a smooth-running efficient service department with a high degree of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, recall work.
Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions.
Document problems with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft and clearly describe them on the Repair Order.
Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified.
Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost.
Offer additional services and products, including special promotions.
Follow the status of a customer’s powersports vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work.
Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer.
Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer.
Maintain current technical qualifications by completing all training programs assigned by the Service Manager.

Pay: $36,000-$56,000 a year This is a commission-based position.
Requirements
Must submit to a background check and drug screening.
Must have Service Writing experience.
Motorcycle endorsement preferred.
Must be available to work Saturdays.
