Salary Range: $75K - $110K / Annual
RideNow Powersports is looking for a new Parts Manager! Do you have a passion for powersports? Would you like to be your own boss and build your own team? We are looking for a proactive leader to drive our parts department. What you will do:
Supervise Parts Counter Sales Representatives, and other staff.
Manage all parts operations within the dealership and provide the highest level and internal and external customer service.
Optimize parts processes while meeting monthly and yearly goals.
Ensures all department tools, equipment and vehicles are in good working order.
Manages recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position.
Creates annual Parts Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives.
Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes a perpetual and/or annual physical inventory and proper counter procedures
Submits all parts warranty and return claims within the required time frame to receive maximum credit.
What qualifications you must have:
Computer Literate
Excellent customer service and communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years parts experience
