Responsibilities – Service Manager:

·         Hiring, Training, Motivating, and Mentoring the Service Team

·         Conduct ongoing training for Service Advisors to drive profitability

·         Implement and support processes that improve Technician efficiency

·         Review and follow up on department KPI’s to achieve forecast goals

·         Understanding and ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures

·         Establishing and maintaining good relationships with our customers, encouraging repeat and referral businesses

·         Provide technical assistance to employees as needed

·         Quality check completed jobs

·         Monitor and improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements – Service Manager:

·         At least 2 years’ management experience preferred

·         The ability to identify causes of operating errors and the knowledge to create and implement corrective actions

·         An aptitude for interviewing, hiring, and developing employees including conducting performance appraisals

·         The ability to use good judgment in challenging situations

·         A professional demeanor when interacting with customers

·         Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.

·         Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
