We are Rawrr, an electric All-Terrain Bike company with a vision to design and manufacture bikes that can go anywhere. We just launched our first model Rawr Mantis and pre-sold most of our shipments.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and success in managing and growing a business.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
· Lead and manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and development
· Oversee all operations, including production, sales, and customer service
· Monitor and analyze financial performance to make informed business decisions
· Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
· Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in a business or related field
· Strong financial acumen and experience analyzing financial data
· Proven track record of managing and growing a business
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong leadership and management skills
· Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions
