Immediate opening for experienced Finance Manager in newly acquired Harley Davidson store.

Earning potential of up to $150,000.

Need to be able to work and close deals, stay compliant, follow proper processes, maintain a goal focused mind-set, be highly motivated and willing to lead by example.  Ultimately, you must be a strong producer with a history of great numbers.  We are a leading dealer in our district and are part of a large dealer group, with dealerships across the country, including the #1 Harley-Davidson dealership in the world.  The Finance Manager position has come available because our sales volume deems it necessary to have two Finance Managers.  The Sales Manager Team are highly skilled and experienced in finance which assists your department with proper deal structuring and profitability throughout the sales process.  The Sales Managers also know how to ink deals too, which allows for better coverage and work schedules.  Likewise, you need to be capable of assisting or working the sales tower if needed.

We desire a Finance Manager that not only understands how to make business happen, can build strong CXI, has a positive and upbeat attitude, and is willing and capable of assisting the Sales Managers with closing deals, assisting in mentoring and training the Sales Team with best practices.
