Position Purpose

Lead and monitor the Service team in attaining company goals and objectives by providing vision, creating expectations, supplying training and coaching

Compensation/Benefits

$20 to $35/hour depending on experience

Education/Experience

3-5  years of industry experience in a managing 4-6 technicians, 2-service writers and porters preferred

Strong communication skills
Collaboration and motivation skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Superb people skills
Motorcycle endorsement on a valid driver’s license

Essential Functions

Set the vision for the team
Input all required data into the DMS to allow adequate monitoring and reporting of department performance with regards to profitability, efficiency, productivity, and proficiency
Consistently perform all functions regarding customer service and department profitability
Collaborate with Leadership to determine goals, objectives, marketing plans, sales contests, and incentives for the company
Manage day-to-day team member’s performance, coaching/training as needed
Execute routine department operation tasks including:
a)       Reporting

b)      Housekeeping

c)       Technology

d)      Scheduling

e)      Customer complaints
