Position Purpose

Become the in-house brand expert. Stays up to date on products, services and promotions, as well as be the liaison between the brand and staff. Working closely with the General Sales Manager, assumes responsibility and is accountable for brand unit sales & profitability, accessory attachment rates, marketing activities, training of staff as appropriate


A strong background in marketing and/or computers is also useful.
Familiarity in using a dealer management system like Lightspeed, DX1, or Lizzy preferred
Familiarity in the use and value of a customer management system preferred

Essential Responsibilities

Must comply with all training requirements on all products and services offered by the OEM
Ensure all POP materials are current and displayed immediately upon arrival
Ensure all visual merchandising aids are operational and current
Ensure all displayed products are clean, organized, and orderly
Support dealership display bike compliance with OEM instructions
Ensure clothing and accessory items are on display and there are no “hole” per the OEM planograms
Ensure only OEM-branded merchandise is displayed in the OEM-designated area
Ensure OEM-related news and urgent information is passed on to staff
Attend OEM-sponsored events as appropriate
With guidance from the General Sales Manager, keep all social media activities current, building excitement for the brand
Additional duties as assigned by Ownership


Wage; $14.42 to $21.63/hour, based on experience + Commission
