Position Purpose

Create an inviting and positive experience for every visitor to the company

Education/Experience

1.       1-2 years of industry experience in a parts and/or accessories sales capacity preferred

2.       Familiarity in using a dealer management system like Lightspeed, DX1, or Lizzy preferred

3.       Familiarity in the use and value of a customer management system preferred

Essential Functions

1.       Interface with Pitt Cycles’ external and internal customers by matching their wants and needs with the proper parts, garments and/or accessories

2.       Accurately process all customer transactions

3.       Keep all display areas neat, clean, and dust-free

4.       Assist in successfully managing current and obsolete inventory as directed

5.       Ensure service orders are filled with back-orders communicated to the Service Writer and Service Manager

6.       Complete Stock Order Submissions as directed

7.       Verify information on shipments

8.       Ensure timely returns to vendors as directed

9.       Verify back-order status, research alternatives, notify customers

10.   Discuss and determine parts & accessory needs with the Parts Manager

 

Compensation

1.       Wage commensurate with experience up to $22/ hour
