Overview

We are looking for a hard working, self-motivated, high energy, and strong focused person with a desire to provide exceptional customer service. Which includes face to face customer service transactions and recommending related parts which may be required to complete a project. A current and past product knowledge or experience with servicing of motorcycles and products that are sold by the dealership. Maintaining a cleanliness of the parts department and keeping inventory neatly stacked and orderly. Tracking all pending orders and follows up with the customer. Availability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays, holidays and evenings. Having a passion for the Harley-Davidson brand.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of motorcycle based experience
• Customer oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation
• Motorcycle license is a plus
