LeMans Corp promotes racing through its campaign WE SUPPORT THE SPORT®, helping to drive consumers to dealerships, while entertaining its dealers through hospitalities at the events it sponsors. LeMans Corporation d/b/a Parts Unlimited and Drag Specialties sells to over 20,000 dealerships worldwide. We continue to expand our service territory with our sister companies Parts Unlimited, Parts Canada and Parts Europe.

The E-Bike Key Account Representative and Product Specialist is responsible for executing the company’s sales and marketing objectives working directly with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Reps to manage the development and sales performance of the Parts Unlimited and Drag Specialties E-bike dealer network.
This position is accountable for driving bicycle segment growth working directly with existing Key Accounts, developing new Key Accounts, and building long lasting relationships by providing sales support and high level of customer service.
This position is responsible for training and development of the sales team and dealer network in the field and during various annual corporate events.

Essential Functions

  • Works with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to generates sales revenue that meet assigned sales goals, maintaining regular dealer visits according to company standards
  • Provides comprehensive customer service and support to assigned territory, helping dealers to prepare future purchasing orders, train employees, and present merchandise.
  • Proactively supports and uses the company’s programs and policies to maintain a teamwork approach to helping the company and dealer both succeed
  • Works with the E-bike Category Manager and sales team to launch new products and sales programs
  • Works with RSM’s and territory sales reps to service existing accounts and assist in establishing new E-bike dealers in the region
  • Travels with sales reps regionally for training on the Intense product line and E-bike Category products
  • Attends to required vendor and company sponsored trade shows and dealer events
  • Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned
  • Maintains strict confidentiality

Non-essential functions

  • Assists the Events department for in-region vendor training events

Required Qualifications and Education

  • 4+ years of bicycle, powersports, or action sports sales experience
  • Excellent computer knowledge in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Word, and MS Outlook)
  • Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Retail apparel sales experience preferred
