Overview

We are a Family owned and Operated  multi-line Powersports DEALER GROUP with full line s and multiple locations throughout the West Coast. Seeking an accomplished Service Manager to oversee a Service Department within a Mutli Line store Doing over 1Mil in Labor sales per year.  We are looking for a talented ServiceManager at the highest level to produce superior, customer oriented, department performance. Amazing year round riding seasons  that is the hot spot for growth in the West.

Service Management:
-Knowledge of Service Best Practice processes. (Service Appointment Process, First Service Retention, CSI Follow Up, Shop Productivity, Efficiency, Service -Upsell, Hours per R/O, Parts per R/O, Multi Point Inspection Process, Parts to Service Process, etc.)
-Ability to manage multiple Technicians and Advisors.
-A strong focus and determination for superior CSI scores.
-A commitment to supporting the Sales Department.
-Multi-brand knowledge and Lightspeed experience a plus.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

· 3-5 years progressive experience within the service department of a motor vehicle dealership.

· Prefer knowledge and experience with the service of all brand of Powersports Motorcycles, ATV’s, SXS’s, and Watercrfact

· Experience with point-of-sale and parts & service management computer software or the ability to quickly learn due to experience with other systems.

· Current, valid motorcycle license preferred.
