The Position:Sales associates are responsible for the initial greeting, the selection of a vehicle, logging into a CRM, overcoming any objections, completion of paperwork, and the follow up of all customers for referrals and satisfaction. Our sales top staff can earn in excess of $90,000 a year!

Candidate Qualifications:All candidates must have a basic understanding of computers as this is used regularly. This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and move at a fast pace. Moving of vehicles by hand is also required. It is not uncommon to walk over 2 miles a day. In addition to being physically demanding this position is mentally demanding. Confidence and a positive attitude in addition to a keen attention to detail is required.
Dress Code:Jeans or Black non cargo shorts and company shirt. Clean athletic shoes are allowed. Tattoos and piercings welcome.
Screening:All potential employees are subject to a drug screen, MVR check, and background investigation including criminal history.
