Motorsport Exotica is Southern California’s (Los Angeles) premier race and performance shop. Opened to the public back in 2014 we have been bringing home trophies since them with no end in sight! Specializing in current model street and race bikes. We offer in-house dyno services, suspension work, engine work and overall race builds. As well as standard services and insurance work.
Motorsport Exotica also runs a National race team. Competing in Moto America, CRA, AFM, and CVMA.
We are looking to hire a full time A level technician and a full time B level technician.
Must be competent with the following brands: BMW, Ducati, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, Kawasaki with light knowledge of Triumph as well. We do NOT work on cruisers, off road anything, ATV, UTV etc. We are a specialized performance facility. We do not work on older bikes, nothing carbureted, and have the luxury of saying no to things that don’t fit our profile. We are selective and only work on that we are at the best at.
We are a full service facility, offering everything from diagnostic and service work to full blown catered race builds. We work with the following brands on a daily basis. Ohlins, Brembo, Akrapovic, Gilles, Attack, Graves, Alpha Racing and Motul just to name a few.
We are a smaller facility that cranks out top shelf white glove service. We are looking for someone to join our team immediately.
We are a Snap On supported shop as well so tools are not necessarily an issue. We have all diagnostic tools imaginable.
Exotica has many seasons of professional racing under our belt with numerous championships. We are looking to expand our facility in 2024 as well to accommodate our growing clientele. We are looking for someone who is seeking a long term career and job security.
Our techs have individual work stations, dedicated lifts, personal tools as well as shop tools and access to everything needed to complete the job. We are not like a standard facility, we are personable, have customer interaction, and eat sleep and breath motorcycles. If this describes you, then this is where you want to be!

Pay starts (pending qualifications) $65K per year – $90K per year+

Tuesday – Saturday 10:30am – 7pm standard work week.
