Job Responsibilities
• Interact with customers on routine basis on the phone and online
• Assist walk-in customers to ensure their happiness and satisfaction
• Determine the customers’ needs and identify parts / accessories as needed
• Initiate and manage purchase orders
• Issue purchase orders as needed to maintain appropriate supply levels
• Maintain and manage parts inventory via Lightspeed Dealer Management System
• Engage in perpetual inventory and cycle counting activity
• Track orders, keep records, manage shipments, and assess orders against delivery invoices to
Perform ongoing warehouse parts inventory
• Attend regularly scheduled meetings
• Report to Director of Fixed Operations
Job Requirements
• Energetic, positive attitude with strong customer support experience
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle / powersports technology and effective parts identification
• Experience with powersports, automotive, marine or RV Dealer Management System (DMS) –
preferably Lightspeed
• Excellent organizational skills as demonstrated through warehouse or parts inventory
management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma preferred

Employee will be expected to successfully perform the essential functions of the role, which will
regularly include such physical activity as standing, walking, using hands and arms to grasp, handle, feel,
reach and lift; talking and hearing. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and
stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and
