MOMS is a growing family owned and operated business that began in 1973 in Manchester, NH selling
pre-owned motorcycles. With an industry leading customer service process we were afforded the
opportunity to broaden our market by opening locations in Foxboro and Boston, MA as well as Northern
NH; all while acquiring several premium OEM brands. In the last two years MOMS has grown
tremendously by adding five locations throughout the New England region increasing our footprint to
TEN locations!
We are actively recruiting Service Technicians to join our team of industry experts at our locations in
New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. We carry over ten brands including Can Am,
CF Moto, Ducati, Honda, Indian, Kawasaki, KTM, Polaris, Ski Doo, Suzuki, Triumph, Yamaha, and Zero!
Our mission is to provide Technicians with on-site support including a dedicated Service Dispatcher and
Expeditor to maximize Technician billed hours. Our proven process will allow you to produce top hours
all while maintaining a healthy work life balance.

o Pay
▪ $75,000 annual earning potential based on OEM certifications and experience
▪ Flat Rate, Hybrid flat rate, and hourly pay plans available
▪ Sign On Bonus
▪ Relocation assistance available up to $10,000 for the right candidate

o Qualifications & Job Requirements
▪ 1 year or more of Motorcycle/Dealership experience
▪ Valid drivers license with motorcycle endorsement
▪ MMI or equivalent/ OEM certifications is a plus
▪ Own proper tools to complete assigned jobs
▪ Self-motivated
▪ Goal oriented
▪ Quality work with a focus on Customer Satisfaction

o Job Responsibilities
▪ Maintain, repair, diagnose and accessorize units as required.
▪ Perform assigned tasks according to factory specifications with the highest level
of quality and efficiency.
▪ Communicate necessary information to service advisors for any additional
actions to complete repair orders.
▪ Notify service advisor of additional parts and labor to complete repairs.
▪ Request necessary parts to complete repair order.
▪ Assist service advisors as requested by writing work orders or communications
with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
▪ Complete all necessary paper and computer work.
▪ Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
▪ Assist other technicians as needed.
▪ Minimize missed diagnosis and return visits.
▪ Complete any seasonal projects as assigned
