Pay:
Annual earning potential of $80,000 +
$5,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications & Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver’s License (motorcycle endorsement preferred)
2-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Summary: 
Manages all activities in providing prompt, dependable and consistent service.  Create and maintain a smooth flow of work to maximize the service department’s potential and provide an exceptional customer experience by completing jobs as promised. Coordinates activities with other departments to obtain optimum production and deliver excellent customer service.  Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of the Service Department.

In this role, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience and increase profitability for the dealership.  This is a very fast pace and high-volume position that will require multi-tasking, problem solving, organizational and team working skills to name a few.   Following is a list of responsibilities required but not limited to perform:

-Maintain a consistent and smooth flow of work for service department, adjust job orders as needed to complete work as promised.
-Guide service team on accepting work to maximize department potential.
-Review advisor notes and parts added to RO’s to ensure technicians have information and materials needed to successfully resolve and complete jobs the first time.
-Coach advisors on vehicle check in process.
-Monitor call volume and floor traffic.  Assist advisors during peak hours.
-Support communication with customers as required, to include job progress, and notification of any changes in pricing and delivery expectations.
-Work with service team on any escalated issues to obtain positive resolution.
-Monitor service requests to ensure they are processed in a timely manner
-Stay up to date with all open RO status and promise dates.
-Complete any special projects as assigned by the General Manager.

Additional responsibilities to be performed include the following:
-Submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
-Complete seasonal projects as necessary.
