Welcome to Motorcycles of Greensboro, North Carolina! – We are a large European-oriented dealership located in an extremely attractive region of the United States known for a reasonable cost-of-living, great weather and great year-round riding.
Motorcycles of Greensboro is an Authorized Retailer of the following vehicles; BMW Motorcycles and Ducati Motorcycles.
We are looking for a qualified, exceptionally well-rounded, self-motivated technician – You must possess excellent communication skills and value customer satisfaction – You must be able to time clock and properly notate repair orders.
Your work will include a heavy mix of New and Used European motorcycles – You must be well versed in the art of European motorcycle repair – You will be working with an assignment schedule that ensures little to no downtime as we typically have repair work year-round in substantial quantities.
Although well managed in a business-like way we do expect you to have fun and enjoy your work while we strive to operate in a professional and profitable manner – You will be treated in a respectful manner – You will be treated as a human being and we expect a responsible professional attitude in return.
We pay top dollar for certified BMW technicians, compensation can be as much as $40 per billable hour – Technicians meeting the stated requirements will be compensated well – Technicians not meeting the stated requirements but showing potential will be considered and compensated accordingly
We are a 5-day shop open Tuesday through Saturday – This position requires regular and predictable attendance – You must be able to bill an approximate 35 hour week or higher while maintaining quality standards – Extended service hours do crop up in season, and with somewhat short notice we expect you to work with us within reason – Paid vacation and paid holidays are part of the employment package – Motorcycle endorsement and a good driving record are mandatory.
