Motorcycle Service Advisor

Compensation will be determined on Experience, minimum of 2 years experience is preferred

Efficiently communicate with customers about proposed work, costs, and expectations

Knowledge of European motorcycles and basic mechanics is a must

Familiarity with and understanding of modern computer software; Lightspeed EVO preferred

Time management and awareness ( able to meet deadlines for service work)

Understanding of Warranty filing

Responsibilities:

Determine customers immediate needs and any other opportunities to sell service hours for their units (requires listening and asking the right questions.)

Accurately write service orders

Daily scheduling for our technicians & customers

Communicate with customers on a daily basis
