The parts and apparel associate is responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and ensuring every interaction is positive and professional by providing expert knowledge, enthusiasm towards product and industry, and understanding of customer needs.

 

Qualifications –

·         Must possess and consistently exhibit the competencies relative to the position

·         Excellent Skills in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS office

·         Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment

·         Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English

·         Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality

·         Ability to effectively communicate with customers

·         Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business

·         Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

·         High school diploma, or, G.E.D.

·         Must be 18 years old

·         Must have a valid drives license * motorcycle endorsement a plus but not fully required *

·         Motorcycle knowledge a plus!!

 

Responsibilities –

·         Aid customers on retail floor as well as at the parts counter with apparel, and parts needs.

·         Maintain retail floor – Apparel neat, zipped up, and orderly. Displays, floor, shelfs dusted. Etc

·         The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

·         While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions

·         Responsibilities may change depending on departmental needs.

Hours : 40 per a week, Tues – Fri 9a-6p, Sat 9a-4p
