While OEM certifications are helpful, they are not required. We are committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills, so we will provide the support and resources necessary to help you gain the certifications you need to succeed in your role.
We know that a work-life balance is important, which is why we don’t require our technicians to work on Saturdays. We offer competitive pay, PTO, and a salary that varies based on experience, with a combination of hourly and flat rate commission.

Starting compensation will be a combination of hourly and commission based on flat rate. Most experienced technicians start somewhere between $50 and $60,000 per year.
