Moramoto is hiring for a Powersports Sales/Finance Manager. Moramoto is a growing powersports dealership that specializes in New and Used Powersports products including on road and off road motorcycles, side by side, atv, wave runner, generators. We offer an extensive collection of all pre-owned brand motorcycles for sale, as well as a franchise for multiple brands selling new units. We sell 300+ units annually from this location. We are looking for a high-performing Sales/Finance Manager to help us meet our customer F+I, sales, and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our Sales goals, F+I potential, crafting sales/financing plans and justifying those plans to the upper management as well as closing sales and selling F+I products to our customers.


Sales Manager and F+I Expectations with a 2-3 person sales team
Qualify new and used customers applications using our banks
Close customers that sales team brings into dealership
Present F+I sales & revenue reports plus realistic forecasts on how to achieve F+I monthly targets
Build & promote strong long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, in turn increasing product penetration and increasing revenue.
Design & implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base, increases company revenue/profits, and ensures a strong presence
Objectives setting, working as a team with the sales department while monitoring performance of your targets and long-term company goals
Protect the customer and dealership at all times while achieving F+I monthly targets
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Maintain strong working relationship with all lenders  as well as securing funding with all lending institutes
Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience & ensuring adherence with group policies and procedures

Successful previous experience as a Finance manager that consistently met or exceeded targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
Demonstrated the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the F+I  process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise in capturing new business opportunities related to Finance.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Pay: $52,000.00 – $100,000.00+ per year, with no cap on commissions.
