As the Clothing and General Merchandise Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our retail operations, including our clothing and general merchandise showroom. You’ll work closely with our sales associates to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and attention, from the moment they walk through our doors to the moment they ride off on their newly purchased merchandise.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sell over $1,000,000 of product
  • Maintain over a 48% margin
  • Maintain under 10% non-moving inventory
  • Follow OTB guidelines and process
  • Ensure that the sales processes with all departments is working properly
  • Follow all company guidelines and policy
  • Promote and maintain a positive work environment
  • Manage team schedule and coaching
  • Responsible for department display and open & closing procedures
  • Daily scorecard and KPI update
  • Lead and hold team accountable with Daily/Weekly Staff Training
  • Manage all personal schedule, commissions, training, and floor appearance
  • Solve customer concerns
  • Implement a write down process on product based on OTB data
  • Assist in riding academy and shipping and receiving as needed
