The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the Service Department by assigning and overseeing work for technicians, maintaining excellent standards of customer service to uphold our reputation, ensuring timely completion of open repair orders, recruiting, training, and developing the Service Department team, creating a supportive culture that fosters team growth and customer satisfaction, effectively communicating with customers to diagnose problems and recommend solutions, and providing timely follow-up.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have recent service department experience, a proven track record of managing high-volume service departments, a professional demeanor, excellent supervisory skills, high levels of organization and attention to detail, computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software rapidly, a strong work ethic, and the desire to lead and be part of a successful team.
