Overview

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is a dynamic and multifaceted role responsible for providing comprehensive support across sales, marketing, event coordination, rider/ambassador management, and organic social media activities. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and materials.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional items.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Event Support:

  • Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Manage event logistics including venue selection, setup, and teardown.
  • Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and participants to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track event expenses and prepare post-event reports.

Rider/Ambassador Support:

  • Act as the main point of contact for riders and brand ambassadors.
  • Coordinate product shipments, sponsorship agreements, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and engagement of riders/ambassadors.
  • Organize and manage photoshoots, video shoots, and other promotional events involving riders/ambassadors.

Organic Social Media:

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field and/or 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience in the Powersports Industry
  • Experience with social media management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:
