Do you have a smile in your voice? LS2 Helmets is looking for a full-time work from home Customer Service Representative. We are growing like crazy and we’re looking for the right personality to help us further our goals. Are you customer-service focused? Are you a self-starting team player? Experience in customer service and/or inside sales is required. Familiarity with the SAP Enterprise System desired, but if you’re the right person, send us your resume. We will train you. Necessary office equipment will be provided. You will need to have a proper workspace with a clean backdrop for a professional look during company meetings. It’s a good time to be a part of LS2.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Receive emails and calls from motorcycle industry businesses, accessory stores as well and consumers of our products with the goal of servicing devoted, loyal customers through best-in-class customer service and support
  • Coordinate inbound calls and emails from inside and outside sales representatives and other team members within the LS2 organization, successfully converting these opportunities into resolved issues
  • Log all incoming requests through SAP Enterprise system accurately – continually researching and evolving opportunities throughout the customers experience with customer service, following prescribed training modules
  • Research and ask the right questions to learn about customer’s main concerns, answer those concerns and turn them into happy LS2 customers
  • Carry the “LS2 Dealer-Centric” message to our customers
  • Understand our products’ features and benefits so you can offer current information to customers
  • Communicate with your team and managers, keeping them informed of market conditions and trends
  • Share successful actions with the LS2 customer service team
  • Attend meetings (currently online video) when required, and contribute where needed
  • Follow the recommended customer service methods taught to you by managers and team leaders
  • Collaborate and positively communicate with sales, accounting, operations and traffic team members in answering questions regarding delivery, invoicing, and other customer challenges
