LeMans Corp promotes racing through its campaign WE SUPPORT THE SPORT®, helping to drive consumers to dealerships, while entertaining its dealers through hospitalities at the events it sponsors. LeMans Corporation d/b/a Parts Unlimited and Drag Specialties sells to over 20,000 dealerships worldwide. We continue to expand our service territory with our sister companies Parts Unlimited, Parts Canada and Parts Europe.


The Dealer Development Specialist is accountable for setting up and maintaining dealers’ accounts according to company standards. The specialist enforces advertising policy and creates reports.

Essential Functions

  • Sets up new dealers and maintains dealers accounts following company processes and procedures
  • Maintains all forms of communication and acts as liaison between dealers, vendors, outside sales force and internal departments maintaining excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Enforces Advertising Policy adherence for house brands and maintains outside vendor restrictions according with company standards
  • Creates and updates daily, weekly, and monthly reports according to company standards
  • Works independently and with a team as needed
  • Other tasks as assigned

Non-essential functions

  • Assists mail and reception as needed
  • Maintains physical filling system according to company standards
  • Maintains digital filling system according to company standards

Required Qualifications and Education

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience of Customer Service and/or Administrative
  • Excellent knowledge of web browsers, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional level of patience
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent level of accuracy, and acute attention to detail in all areas of responsibilities
  • Strong teamwork ethics
