Leatt USA Marketing Manager: MTB & MOTO (Remote Possible):

The Leatt Marketing Manager plans and executes the USA Moto and MTB marketing, media liaison, advertising schedule, athlete, event and social media plan through leadership of the USA marketing team.

Job Duties
Under the overall direction of the Global Marketing Plan, and reporting day to day to the USA General Manager, the Marketing Manager oversees the execution of the following:
·       Plan with management the overall Leatt brand and product marketing strategy for Bicycle and Powersports: Set the brand and product strategy and the budget.  Run and implement the strategy and follow the budget.
·       Work with the corporate marketing studio to create innovative premium marketing material assets.
·       Media management: Visit, meet, greet, sample and communicate with media to achieve maximum media output.
·       Athlete management: Plan, budget, build, negotiate and run the Leatt USA athlete program for best bang for the buck output together with the athlete and social media team.
·       Manage, plan and execute the USA Bicycle and Powersports advertising plan and event marketing activations.
·       Plan and organize photo and video shoots for action content targeted for Leatt catalogues, e-com and event/athlete marketing.
·       Make the social media content plan together with athlete and social media team and follow up on execution.
·       Develop partnerships with event organizers such as race organizations and bike parks/tracks.
·       Plan and participate in distributor conferences, product launches, media events, trade shows and other events.

Skills/Qualifications:  Leadership, Mentoring, Managing Remote Employees, Marketing, Creativity, Data Analysis, Dependability, Reporting Skills, Long Range Planning, Budgeting, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Organization. Significant after hours and weekend work with moderate travel.
