Las Vegas Harley-Davidson is looking for an aggressive, highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager who understands the brand and how to close deals. Our customer centered sales process is all about creating a better motorcycle buying experience with employees who love what they do.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years of Motorcycle Sales Management experience
  • Must have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
  • The ability to develop and lead a 4 to 6 person team through training, motivating, and coaching
  • Desking and structuring deals, closing deals, and coaching overcoming objections to maximize deal averages
  • Leading and ensuring prospecting and follow-up is done effectively and efficiently
  • Must provide and maintain an elite level of customer satisfaction
  • We are looking for a Rockstar closer!
