Lancaster Harley-Davidson is seeking a self-motivated and accountable individual who communicates well and who values themselves, the company, and perspective clients equally. The candidate must be professional, friendly; detail orientated, and have the drive to succeed. Duties include but are not limited to: selling motorcycles, communicating with clients and customers, staying on top of email communication, phone communication, using a CRM, preparing finance packages, DMV documentation, and offering extra services and products. Although we are considered a small family-owned Dealership, the Dealership has a goal to sell over 174 motorcycles for the year 2021, and we are looking for candidates who can effectively execute the sales process, maintain a professional reputation, and provide strategy and feedback ideas in alignment with our current operations.
We offer a 5 day work week, health insurance, Dental Insurance, vacation after 1 year, paid holidays, Pay based on experience, and Commission.
A motorcycle endorsement and good driving record are mandatory.
