The Parts, Garments & Accessories (PG&A) Sales Coordinator, working under general supervision, is accountable for achieving sales targets and supporting appointed dealers. Responsible for streamlining PG&A order processes for dealers and internal teams, the role involves effective communication of department information, programs, and more.



Collaborate with Group dealers (mainly QC and ON), Sales Managers (DSM), and PG&A department staff on order processing topics, with occasional travel and dealer visits.
Responsible and accountable for PG&A sales within a pre-defined dealer list
Assist in the processing and tracking of PG&A program orders.
Facilitate internal, employee, vendor, and VIP orders as needed.
Support inventory management through tools (existing and new), processes, and materials.
Assist Sales and Marketing teams in preparing sales materials and programs.
Distribute PG&A Sales information to employees and dealers (Dealer.Net, MS Teams, etc.).
Aid in merchandising PG&A products in stores, trade shows, events, etc.
Address PG&A-related inquiries from dealers and internal teams.
Perform additional duties as assigned, including warranty support, PG&A returns, RMA, etc.

Require a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in a similar role in the motorcycle industry.
Prior experience with SAP preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical skills.
Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field required.
Bilingual French / English.

Demonstrate high professionalism in verbal and written communication.

Possess a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

Demonstrate a strong knowledge and passion for the motorcycle industry.


Internal:  Local/Regional Sales staff, Distribution Center staff, Dealer Development department, Marketing department, and other sales administrative staff

External: Dealers, vendors, VIP’s as needed
