  • Service Center Manager
    Keystone Harley-Davidson is searching for a Service Center Manager to take our Service Center to the next level. We are an established and a “go to” dealership with a stellar reputation soon to move into a new building in a large metro market. We fully expect that our reputation will bring growth in our new location and we need a Service Center Manager to prepare us for the opportunity.
    For the right person, who is a motivated leader, understands both service and parts, has a strong grasp of how daily activities drive financial performance and keeps all service staff accountable. This is a outstanding opportunity for you to play an important role in our future and be rewarded for your performance.
    Ideal candidate must have:
    -Proven success implementing processes that enhance customer experience and profit. (Service scheduling, Retention Programs, CSI process, Technician Productivity, Upselling Services, Multi Point Inspection Process, Warranty, Training, etc.).
    -Ability to manage multiple Technicians and Service Advisors.
    -Open mind toward our Service Center structure. Service Writer and Parts Associates are a single point of contact for the customer and internal staff.
    -Previous motorcycle or automobile service management experience preferred. Will train the “right” candidate.
