What’s next for you? This great job. We’re seeking a Powersports Technical Specialist to work at one of our largest key accounts in the automotive industry in Alpharetta, GA
Shift: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6pm (Eastern) with a 1hr lunch from 12pm-1pm
Pay: $20-25/hr
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support, guidance on warranty policy, issue detection and diagnosis for repair of Honda powersports products. This position is in a call center and requires effective phone communication with adequate computer skills to perform research, document calls, update case information and effectively navigate through available resources and applications.
Daily Tasks:
Receive incoming phone calls from dealership technicians, document call details, provide guidance on warranty policy, issue detection and diagnosis for repair of Honda powersports products. Respond to TechLine Connect cases in a timely fashion.
Required Skills: Must have the ability to communicate quickly and effectively over the phone.
Must have an adequate computer skill level to perform research, document calls, update case information and effectively navigate through available resources and applications.
The ideal candidate will have powersports dealership service department experience with a background in repairing motorcycles/ATV’s/SXS’s.
Desired Skills: Dealership technician experience, background repairing Motorcycles/ATV’s/SXS’s. Experience riding motorcycles, ATV’s and SXS products.
The ability to work in a corporate call center environment surrounded by powersports enthusiasts.
