Overview

We are seeking powersports enthusiasts who are honest, motivated, outgoing, high energy self-starters for a position in our sales department. Candidates must be willing to provide the highest level of customer service in every aspect of their role. Our reputation is extremely important to us and is what differentiates us from our competitors

Qualifications:

Strong communication/interpersonal skills
Solid phone and computer skills
Excellent follow up skills
Motorcycle or powersports experience preferred
Strong work ethic
Have a passion and interest in Motorcycles
5 day work week. Must be willing to work Saturdays.
Major Responsibilities:

Thorough follow up for all sales prospects
Manage Sales transaction and ensure a positive purchasing experience
Welcome guests to the dealership
Ensure that the motorcycle is the right “fit” for the Guest
Demo Rides
Daily Phone Appointment Scheduling (Cold & Warm Leads)
Proactive with potential Guests/leads and follow through on confirmed dealership appointments
