ICON Motosports is seeking a motivated, sales-driven Powersports enthusiast to join our team as the Sales Manager. The ICON Sales Manager will be responsible for sales growth and increasing market share. This position is also responsible for developing and managing brand strategies, collaborating on and directing marketing programs, implementation of stated business goals, and ongoing evaluation of brand success.

-Conduct strategic management and direction of the sales aspect of the ICON brand
-Train and manage remote Brand Specialists
-Develop a working relationship with outside sales reps and managers within assigned territories to promote the increased market share of the ICON product line
-Manage key accounts with and without sales reps
-Collaborate with the Design and Development teams to ensure product mix and price points are in line with industry trends and demands.
-Develop and maintain a robust retail dealer network to meet and exceed the goals of ICON Motorsports
-Execute sales programs to grow retail sales, increase market share, and build the ICON brand.
-Establish and recommend realistic and specific sales goals for the growth of the ICON product line within the distributor’s dealer network
-Analyze markets to ensure product mix and price points are in line with industry trends
-Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely order placement and delivery of samples, product, and media
-Weekly meetings with the Marketing team to ensure correct information dissemination
-Maintain dealer and customer relationships by ensuring exceptional delivery of ICON’s message.
-Develop and deliver educational materials/presentations during new rep training and national sales meetings
-Identify and attend specific events, shows, and rallies to promote the ICON brand

-7+ years experience in brand management and sales
-Documented powersports retail experience
